Processing & Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times do not include shipping transit times.

Please note:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday only.

  • Weekends and U.S. Federal Holidays are not included in processing or shipping time estimates.

  • Processing times may be extended during sales, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. ShaniceKW is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Signature Confirmation

For added security, signature confirmation may be required on select orders.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, ShaniceKW is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and all U.S. Federal Holidays.
