Store Credit Policy

We do not offer returns for money back; instead, all returns will be issued as store credit. If the product shows any signs of use or damage, store credit will not be issued, and the item will be returned to you.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a Return/store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, untampered and in its original package. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return/ store credit, you can contact us at shanicekwbeauty@gmail.com. Please note that you will return package back to the same address it was sent from on the package. you will also received an email with return information as well. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor will ShaniceKW beauty be responsible for any delays sending the item back or responsible for any fee's.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right within 24hrs of you receiving your package.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as sale Items, gift cards, discounted items and limited edition items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
We do not exchange however, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for store credit, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be receive a store credit that will be applied to a one time code within 1-2 business days.
